Regional Sales Manager - South Florida

Albert D. Uster joined his father’s company, Albert Uster Imports Inc. (AUI) as a Gourmet Food Sales Representative in 2004, and became the Regional Sales Manager of South Florida in 2010. Swiss-American Uster trained as a pastry chef at Konditorei Freytag in Zurich, Switzerland and has held several internships in pastry shops and hotels around the world. In addition, he holds a bachelor’s of science in International Hospitality Management from the Lausanne Hotel School in Lausanne, Switzerland. Mr. Uster’s pastry experience combined with his corporate background from Procter and Gamble in Geneva gives him a leading edge in developing AUI’s vision.

Following in his father’s footsteps, Mr. Uster has been setting the standards of culinary excellence. He prides himself on his dedication to the highest quality products and services which have made AUI the leader in pastry and chocolate products for the professional chef. He extends his knowledge to professional chefs, bringing premium quality sweet, savory, and frozen items to top restaurants and hotel kitchens across the country. Mr. Uster currently calls Miami, Florida home.
