Alipro History
Adolf Waelchli in Hittnau, Switzerland, founded Alipro in 1942 in the rolling hills near the city of Zürich. The company quickly developed a reputation for the finest bake-stable fruit marmalades in the business. Now managed by the second generation of Waelchlis, this family-owned company’s products are known for their authentic fruit taste and consistency. With 40 employees, Alipro production is focused on several arenas, including fondants and dessert sauces and fruit gels made with real fruit.
