Powder Colors - From water-soluble colors for Venuance sugar, marzipan, buttercream, ganache, mousse, Massa rolled fondant that dissolve in water and add directly to the product.
Luster Powder Colors - Add gorgeous shine and lustrous body to any Venuance sugar, marzipan, buttercream, ganache and mousse. Perfect for coloring Massa rolled fondant, as well. Simply dissolve in alcohol and apply with a brush or add directly to product.
Cocoa Butter Colors - These fat-soluble colors for chocolate come in fantastic shades, from dandelion yellow to onyx black. Simply melt the product at a temperature not exceeding 105◦F/40◦C and apply with a brush. Alternatively, for surface decoration, spread the melted product on a cold surface. Let it cool down and spread on top of the decoration medium. Let it sit in the refrigerator.
Luster Spray Colors - Perfect for spraying onto Venuance sugar, chocolate, marzipan, pastillage and Massa rolled fondant. Shake well before using, and then spray a thin, even layer of product from a distance of about 8'/20cm.
