Tonight, September 7th, we will be presenting our Massa Road Show with Chef Nicholas Lodge at AUI headquarters in Gaithersburg, Maryland. I had the opportunity to catch Chef Lodge, Chef Drew Logan, and AUI events assistant Eneidy Coreano preparing for the demonstration. They were all very busy plating snacks for the reception, setting up the display table and gift bags, and organizing materials for the jewelry making portion. The demo will showcase our new Amethyst Massa as well as some decorative ideas including brooches, jewels, and colored pearls for making extra glamorous wedding cakes. Experience of AUI Corporate Pastry Chef Andrew Logan
A week before the monumental Oasis of the Seas (the revolutionary new Royal Caribbean cruise ship) Naming Ceremony, I joined the crew to help in the production of all the beautiful pastries and desserts. The trip was a great way for me to start what I know will be an amazing run with AUI. Over the course of seven days I helped out wherever I was needed; there was a lot going on at all times with multiple events including the naming ceremony on the last night.
