7oz 198g Des Alpes Opal White Couverture (500006)
1oz 28g Des Alpes Cocoa Butter (500046)
10.5oz 297g N.U.T Sweetened Pistachio Paste (501042)
1oz 28g N.U.T Unsweetened Pistachio Paste (512003)
0.25oz 7g Frutta Prima Vanilla Paste (011033)
1.5oz 42g Flor & Flor Crystallized Rose Petals (581104)
1.5oz 42g Arte Piatto Caramelized Cocoa Nibs (204203)
1/2sheet Silikomart Flexi Hearts (591034)
Preparation
- Temper Des Alpes Opal White Couverture (500006).
- Add Des Alpes Cocoa Butter (500046), N.U.T Sweetened Pistachio Paste (501042), N.U.T Unsweetened Pistachio Paste (512003). Mix until homogenous.
- Mix in the Frutta Prima Vanilla Paste (011033), Flor & Flor Crystallized Rose Petals (581104), and Arte Piatto Caramelized Cocoa Nibs (204203).
- Pipe into Silkomart Flexi Hearts (591034). Scrap off excess. Refrigerate.
